LPG Storage System
Above ground storage containers shall be located in the open air outside of the buildings. In compliance to rules of MS 830, all safety distance should be followed to ensure all risk can be minimizing as practical as possible. The storage system is designed by engineers in
accordance to gas consumption and safety distance. The installations of storage system
shall be fenced and locked to prevent unauthorized access and tempering (Gas Supply Act 1993)
LPG Manifold System
Design, supply and the installation of the LPG Manifold system for residential, commercial and industrial related. This installation is available for Class III, Class II and Class I. Vapor withdrawal manifold will normally face wastage balance of 5%-10% residue of LPG inside the cylinder. Liquid withdrawal manifold will eliminate residues by fully utilise the whole capacity of the cylinder.
LPG 200kg Tank System
Design, supply and the installation of the LPG 200kg Tank system for factories, hotels and other industry where the end user might have restrictions of a dedicated tank storage area. This category installation will require to use a permanent small tank at site and user will have the filling capacity loaded by a tanker.
LPG Bulk Tank
Design, supply and the installation and requalification for factories, commercial & residential user. This category installation which offers 10kl and above for bigger consumption usage per day. This tank system requires a dedicated storage area and end user will have the filling capacity loaded by a tanker. This is also a good value for money as zero wastage no pilferage thanks to the closed system pressurized vessel thus giving complete combustion ensures higher efficiency
Natural Gas Piping System
Installation for Internal and Reticulation Piping for factories, commercial & residential user. This category installation uses the natural gas station as the source of energy and will be capable to cater bigger consumption usage per day. Typically using carbon steel pipes, our workmanship will ensure it’ll be free from cutting bursts and defects. Polyethylene (PE) pipes are congruent for the purpose of underground NG piping line. Being lighter, PE pipes can withstand less than 100 pounds per square inch gauge (psig).
Gas Leak Detector System
As safety precautions, we offer to residential, commercial and industrial clients the convenience of either natural gas or LPG alarm detection units so that proper action can be taken to prevent unexpected unfortunate events due to gas leakage. Our specialty is to be able to offer custom gas detector panel systems to suit with the end user’s requirement which having an interfacing with the Building Management System (BMS) that involves fire systems, exhaust fans and wet chemical sensors.
LPG Vaporizer System
Vaporizer is a device for converting liquid LPG to vapour. This vaporizer is used for liquid outlet LPG cylinder to supply a lot of gases continuously to the appliances
